A mysterious condition known as [Voice] has spread among adolescents, twisting emotions into physical manifestations. Whenever someone’s true feelings are suppressed, a spectral double—called a “bunshin”—emerges to voice those hidden thoughts aloud. Though unsettling, the affliction isn’t life-threatening.

Satsuki, now in her second year of high school, first contracted the illness after a traumatic event in middle school. Since then, her sister Sayoi has shielded her fiercely, pushing others away to keep Satsuki safe. Their fragile balance shatters when they encounter Hiyama, a boy burdened with the same curse. His presence unravels the sisters’ carefully guarded dynamic, stirring emotions long buried. As their bond fractures under the weight of unspoken truths, the question lingers—can their relationship survive the echoes of what the bunshin reveal?
